Evie is starting into her 3rd season on the road in 2010- and hopes to build on her successes of 2009 (she was ranked #1 by USA cycling for road masters women 30+). She had a great fall/winter season of cyclocross and is looking forward to trading mud and grass for the fast pavement (though confesses she has already planned her 2010 cyclocross season). She and her 77 year old mom (Georgia Boswell) plan to head to Masters Nationals in Louisville, KY to compete as a 110+ team on the tandem this August.

Her athletic prowess started when she joined the track team in middle school, high school and then attended college on a full scholarship for cross country running. Those years likely helped her transition to the bike- that and the desire to end ankle sprains!

Her current goals are to manage the Performance Bicycle Racing cycling team (co-founder of SpokesWomen Syndicate), encourage the team's development riders, and to help promote new riders through clinics and community events with Performance Bicycle (photo by Tina Wrona).
